All production techniques adhere to National Building Standards and Regulations set out in SANS (South African National Standards) and SABS (South African Bureau of Standards) and to abide by the Standards enforced by the building governing body, the NHBRC (National Home Builders Registration Council).

We conduct our daily business operations according to the Housing Consumers Protection Measures Act (Act No. 95 of 1998) and strictly follow design instructions from Structural, Civil, Mechanical, Geotechnical and Electrical Engineers and Consultants in addition to the Architects.

Our Quality Control and Quality Assurance is managed by a QA/QC system based on ISO 9001 standards inclusive of Works Procedures, System Procedures and System Records.
