Operations and Production<\/h2>

All production techniques adhere to National Building Standards and Regulations set out in SANS (South African National Standards) and SABS (South African Bureau of Standards) and to abide by the Standards enforced by the building governing body, the NHBRC (National Home Builders Registration Council).<\/p>\n

We conduct our daily business operations according to the Housing Consumers Protection Measures Act (Act No. 95 of 1998) and strictly follow design instructions from Structural, Civil, Mechanical, Geotechnical and Electrical Engineers and Consultants in addition to the Architects.<\/p>\n

Our Quality Control and Quality Assurance is managed by a QA\/QC system based on ISO 9001 standards inclusive of Works Procedures, System Procedures and System Records.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

Management<\/h2>

The Managing Director, Eduard Bisschoff obtained his BSc Construction Management Degree at the University of Pretoria in 2005.<\/strong><\/p>\n

His 17 years\u2019 experience in the construction sector include residential, commercial and industrial.<\/p>\n

Eduard worked for Stedone Mechanicos Building (Pty) Ltd for a period of 5 years in the capacity of Site Agent, before he started Choff Home Building (Pty) Ltd in January 2014.<\/p>\n

During this period projects managed by him have won several National and Regional Safety and Quality Awards from the MBA (Master Builders Association).<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section>\n\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
